IM Series
The IM Pouchmaster horizontal form fill seal series provides high speed filling of all products, including powdersand liquids in the most flexible machine design available on the market today. Speeds up to 100 ppm (1-Up) are frequently observed with many products. When fitted with an HMC On or Off Line Slitter, speeds up to 270 ppm may be achieved.
IMF Series
The IMF Pouchmaster horizontal form fill seal series provides high speed filling of free flow products, including powders. Speeds up to 160 ppm may be achieved through the following design advancements:
Increased fill time per pouch cycle which allows bag making and filling at much higher speeds.
A product transfer funnel servo system indexing at the same rate as the pouch index which inserts a traveling funnel into the top of each pouch. Vacuum opening is eliminated.
Improved pouch material handling via power web unwind system (option).
Larger filler tooling sized to the funnel rather than the pouch opening permitting faster product dispensing. Product is dispensed over the 4-6 stations the funnel has traveled with the pouch.
IMTE Series
The IMTE Pouchmaster horizontal form fill seal series is the most economical large format standup zipper pouch machine available today. This series is specially suited for snacks, trail mix, beef jerky, dried fruits, powdered substances, and liquids. Supporting the pouch from both sides through the filling stations, the Pouchmaster supports 3 pounds of product. The optional HMC servo indexing support conveyor will support up to 6 pounds of product.
When equipped with the traveling funnel option and the product is free flow, speeds up to 30% faster are possible.
IMTN Series
The IMTN Pouchmaster horizontal form fill seal series provides high speed filling of liquid products with top die cut in the most flexible machine design available on the market today. Speeds up to 100 ppm 1-Up are frequently observed with many liquids.
IMWB Series (Walking Beam)
The WB Pouchmaster series is our latest addition to our quality line of horizontal form fill and seal machines. Pouch clamps and the clamp carrying chain is eliminated. No longer is a line shaft below the pouch centerline creating an improved design for the most sanitary applications. With this machine, we can run standup zipper pouches up to 7.5” wide 2-up, achieving speeds up to 100 pouches per minute.
Robotic Add-on
Today’s tight labor market and increasing minimum wage requirements require companies to evaluate end of line packoff automation as a cost savings strategy.
