What We Do

We provide new HMC Pouchmasters and rebuilt Bartelt® pouch machines to customers worldwide. Integration of various types of product fillers including auger, net weigh, scoop, volumetric, and downstream equipment such as cartoners and casepackers is also performed by experienced and qualified HMC staff. Control options on our equipment include PLC and touchscreen, PAC (programmable automation controller) with full servo motion control, or complete PC control. Control experience includes platforms such as Allen Bradley, Emerson, B&R, GE Fanuc, Siemens, Modicon, Square D, Telemecanique, Rexroth Indramat, and others. Many pouch machine models including standup zipper pouch machines are always in various stages of completion for short lead times.

Service

HMC Products provides complete turn-key floor plans and will make recommendations to optimize your packaging room layout using AutoCad Inventor with pdf readable files. 

On-Site
Training

We have a large training room available for hands on training, as well as 5 travelling service techs available for HMC and Bartelt® training at the customer site.
